Refund Policy - Kangoo Club Energy

This policy applies to purchases made directly through Kangoo Club Energy. It is in accordance with your statutory rights under UK consumer law and is in addition to them.

1. Reporting Bookings Cancellation, Returns, Refund request

All requests must be submitted in writing to kangoo.club.girls@gmail.com or via the Contact Us form on our website. We do not accept reports via telephone, text, or social media. Only the original purchaser may submit a return or refund request. When contacting us, please provide:

  • A clear statement that you wish to cancel, return, or exchange the booking/order.

  • Your full name, address, order number, and contact details (email and/or phone number).

  • The reason for the request, along with any supporting evidence (e.g., photos or videos for damaged or faulty items).

Once your request is approved, we will issue a Return.

 

Refund Timeframes and Method

  • Refunds are processed within 7–14 calendar days of receiving and inspecting the returned goods.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Please allow 2–7 working days for the refund to appear in your bank account.

Missed Sessions/Booking

  • Injury or Long-term Illness: You may request a refund in writing. Approval is at our sole discretion.

  • No Shows: For trial or PAYG customers, missed sessions/bookings are considered attended and are non-refundable. Members are covered under their subscription.

 

Cancellations and Rescheduling

By Us: We may cancel or reschedule classes due to:

  • Instructor illness or unavailability;

  • Venue issues;

  • Force majeure (events beyond our control).

You will be notified as early as reasonably possible. You are entitled for a full refund or rescheduling for other booking.

By You:

  • 24-hour cancellation policy applies to trial and PAYG bookings: cancellations made within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable;

  • Members are not penalised for late cancellations.

We reserve the right to expel participants for misconduct, behaviour that may damage our reputation, or breach of these Terms. Expelled customers are not entitled to refunds for partially attended packages.
