"Instructors" are qualified International Kangoo Jumps® Instructors.
"Kangoo Jumps®" or "KJ®" is a worldwide leading brand for safe mobile rebound exercise using KJ rebound shoes." Kangoo Club Energy" is a promotional name used to market Kangoo Jumps® fitness programs locally. It is not a registered business but operates with approval from the Kangoo Jumps® Head Office or the official UK distributor Bluma Jumps.

These Terms apply to all users of our website and services. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website and services constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.

By making a booking and attending, you confirm that you are in good health and capable of participating safely. Certain classes may be unsuitable if you have specific health conditions. Always consult a healthcare professional before beginning any new exercise program. You must inform us of any medical conditions, medications, or circumstances that may affect your ability to participate safely. Kangoo Jumps® rebound shoes must be adjusted according to your shoe size and body weight. Accurate information is essential for safety. Participation is not permitted under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medications that may impair your ability to exercise safely. Arrive at least 5–10 minutes before class to ensure proper warm-up. Late arrivals may be denied entry for safety reasons. Appropriate attire is required: comfortable sportswear, high-support sports bras, and thick or double cotton calf-length socks. Remove loose jewellery before class.

We specialise in the online sale of original Kangoo Jumps® products and related goods. By placing an order through this Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions of Sale.
2. Ordering from Us
You must be over 18 years old to place an order. When you submit an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This is an acknowledgement only and not acceptance. A legally binding contract is created when you receive a dispatch confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel an order prior to dispatch for reasons including stock issues, suspected fraud, or pricing errors.
3. Product Information
Product descriptions and images are provided for illustrative purposes. We take reasonable care to ensure prices, details and specifications are accurate; however, errors may occur. Black/Orange and Black/Yellow rebound shoes may be labelled as XR3 Series or PRO Series. Pairs are custom-adjusted according to your selected bodyweight to ensure optimal performance. Both versions are fully compatible and meet the same performance and safety standards. All goods comply with applicable UK import and safety regulations. Certification (e.g., CE/UKCA) is available on request.
4. Prices and Payment
Prices are shown in GBP. As a dealer, Kangoo Club Energy is not VAT registered, VAT is not charged, and VAT invoices cannot be provided. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. We accept payment via Debit/Credit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay and bank transfer. Payment must be made in full before dispatch.
5. Delivery
All products sold through this website are dispatched from the main official Kangoo Jumps distributor - Bluma Jumps UK warehouse .
We aim to dispatch all in-stock items as promptly as possible. Orders placed by 11:00 AM (Mon–Fri) are usually dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 11:00 AM or on weekends/bank holidays are dispatched the next working day. Typical delivery times:

Standard UK: 2 - 4 working days
Risk in the goods passes to you once the courier confirms delivery. If delivery is delayed beyond 30 days from order, you may cancel for a full refund.
6. Cancellations and Returns
You have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). You must notify us in writing and return the goods within 14 days of cancellation. Items must be unused and returned in original packaging. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned items. Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
7. Faulty or Damaged Goods
If an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 30 days. You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Refund Policy - Kangoo Club Energy
This policy applies to purchases made directly through Kangoo Club Energy. It is in accordance with your statutory rights under UK consumer law and is in addition to them.
1. Reporting Bookings Cancellation, Returns, Refund request
All requests must be submitted in writing to kangoo.club.girls@gmail.com or via the Contact Us form on our website. We do not accept reports via telephone, text, or social media. Only the original purchaser may submit a return or refund request. When contacting us, please provide:

A clear statement that you wish to cancel, return, or exchange the booking/order.

Your full name, address, order number, and contact details (email and/or phone number).

The reason for the request, along with any supporting evidence (e.g., photos or videos for damaged or faulty items).
Once your request is approved, we will issue a Return.
Refund Timeframes and Method

Refunds are processed within 7–14 calendar days of receiving and inspecting the returned goods.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 2–7 working days for the refund to appear in your bank account.
Missed Sessions/Booking

Injury or Long-term Illness: You may request a refund in writing. Approval is at our sole discretion.

No Shows: For trial or PAYG customers, missed sessions/bookings are considered attended and are non-refundable. Members are covered under their subscription.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
By Us: We may cancel or reschedule classes due to:

Instructor illness or unavailability;

Venue issues;

Force majeure (events beyond our control).
You will be notified as early as reasonably possible. You are entitled for a full refund or rescheduling for other booking.
By You:

24-hour cancellation policy applies to trial and PAYG bookings: cancellations made within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable;

Members are not penalised for late cancellations.
We reserve the right to expel participants for misconduct, behaviour that may damage our reputation, or breach of these Terms. Expelled customers are not entitled to refunds for partially attended packages.
