All KJ Fitness Programs are easy to follow, highly motivational program suitable for all ages and fitness levels, can be performed both - indoors and outdoors.
Here are the KJ Fitness Programs I teach in my classes and I am officially certified for:

Kangoo Power™ Program
This Fitness program is the most technical and powerful. Because of its intense use of propulsion technique, known as Plyometrics exercise, Kangoo Power classes are very intense, energetic and motivational. This program suits a broad range of class attendees regardless of fitness level. Basic moves are easy to follow and can be performed with growing complexity and intensity, as you progress.

Kangoo Dance™ Program
Fancy more of Cha-Cha or Mambo dance moves . Kangoo Dance is a safe, energetic, fun and motivating aerobic program taught to music, for all ages and fitness levels. It offers more benefits than any other popular group fitness program because Kangoo Jumps rebound shoes act as a shock absorber to reduce impact, when compared with traditional aerobic activities performed in conventional shoes.

Kangoo BootCamp™ Program
This Fitness Program is a military style, activity based training program. Intervals of running and/or drill style aerobic activity interspersed with conditioning exercises. This format improves muscle strength and endurance as it improves cardiorespiratory fitness. It can be a valuable cross training tool that improves fitness level as it reduces the rate of injury and improves exercise adherence by reducing boredom.
